Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a full time Customer Services Manager to work in our beautiful offices just outside Petersfield. This is a key role within the company as you will be the face of the business, a good brand ambassador, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
The offices are in a rural location, not accessible by public transport.
Marketing & PR Intern – no added sugar
We would love someone with a great eye for fashion/lifestyle, content savvy and multi-skilled who wants to get some first hand experience working for an independent fashion brand to join us in lovely Hampshire. The role requires someone with a creative and imaginative approach to PR & Marketing.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Assist PR/Marketing Manager with implementing PR schedule.Send out press releases and imagery to bloggers/press. Research new bloggers/publications Manage PR mailing list and database. Manage & update social media accounts. Post regular social content based around the monthly marketing themes & stories including content for the (soon to be) online blog. This requires a creative eye, flair for graphic design & ability to write imaginative & appropriate content.
Contact possible online collaborations under the guidance of marketing manager. Follow up and keep record of all press for new website/hard copy. Ensure the press book are kept up to date with press coverage. Must manage the garment samples, responding to all samples requests and keeping an accurate and organised set of samples. Compile weekly stats for social media. Help compile & generate content for new website. Keeping the imagery organised and accessible to all. Ideally needs a basic understanding of image resolution/sizing.
Experience in a marketing/direct marketing/social media. Skills in Excel, Word, and Mail as well as a basic knowledge of Photoshop/ In-design.

Each season we produce a collection of T-shirts; for babies and toddlers (3m to 3yrs)and Girls & Boys (4-12yrs). If you think you have a style that we should know about please get in touch.
