DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS
We currently offer two delivery options - Express Delivery and Standard Delivery.
UK Express Delivery - £7.50 for Monday-Friday deliveries. Next working day delivery available if your order is placed before 15.30 (UK Time) Monday-Friday. Weekend deliveries are not currently available.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK express delivery orders on the following working day, if your order is received before 15.30 (UK Time) Monday-Friday. For express delivery orders received after 15.30 (UK Time) Monday-Friday, these orders will be despatched the next working day, and delivered the following working day.
Saturday and Sunday are not classified as working days.
UK Standard Delivery - £4.95 - orders, delivered in 2-4 working days. From time to time we may run delivery promotions on UK standard deliveries, sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-4 working days. Sometimes during sale or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services (LINK) department. Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
*Delivery time exceptions: UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): Please allow an extra working day for both standard and nominated day deliveries.
Channel Islands/BFPO Addresses
At this time we regret that we do not deliver to these addresses.

We aim to deliver from stock. If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.
Please note all orders will be settled in GBP, and orders are inclusive of applicable UK taxes. Orders which are being despatched to addresses outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
For deliveries within the UK - Log on to your account at noaddedsugar.com and use the tracking number provided in your despatch email or click the link in your despatch email. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.
For Overseas Deliveries
For overseas deliveries - Log on to your account at noaddedsugar.com and use the tracking number provided in your despatch email or click the link in your despatch email. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver, and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card. The couriers will then attempt to deliver 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
