We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. If the item is for an exchange please do not include the gift box and we would suggest reusing the jiffy bag as wrapping.

Please enclose our standard returns form listing the items you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.

Swimwear Returns - Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.  Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed, or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Please use the pre-prepared address label attached to the bottom of the returns form, on your package.

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Goods are returned to no added sugar at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item without an order number or contact name and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON RETURNS

Returning any item from this catalogue within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods no added sugar will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to no added sugar in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
